KBA Training launches DMT Skills Ready – On Demand Resource. A Lifeline of Continuous Professional Development for Diver Medic TechniciansMaking training accessible to everyone

Singapore, 3 November 2025, Monday – Training Provider, KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT), is proud to announce the launch of its DMT Skills Ready online resource.

All Diver Medic Technicians (DMTs) are required to attend a DMT Refresher (DMTR) every two years. In between attending their DMTR, most DMTs may not be required to utilise the skills learnt. However, when they do, they may face the issues of recalling the techniques required to assist their colleagues offshore, who may require immediate medical assistance. In recent years, there has been discussions on Skills Fade with many DMTs requesting a solution to maintain their DMT competency. KBA Training saw this need to provide the industry with a solution with DMT Skills Ready, that is available anytime, anywhere.

This comprehensive online access programme is available to all trainees who have completed their IMCA DMT/DMTR at KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd. KBA Training’s Skills Ready is curated to ensure every Diver Medic stays mission-ready, reinforcing their confidence and closing the gap between classroom learning and real-world emergency performance. Continuous Micro Competency Development with short, focused refresher modules to strengthen muscle memory.
