This 3-day course aims to cover all aspects of Inland/Inshore and Offshore diving methods & procedures. Participants will receive an overview of the reasoning & methodology behind the planning and execution of a professional diving operation.
Optional: A Deck Decompression Chamber (DDC) Dive to 10m and a dive session using commercial diving equipment in KBAT's training dive tank (one-day duration) can be included. A minimum of six (6) delegates will be required in order to conduct the diving session, and all delegates will require a diving medical prior to the dive; contact us for more information.
Competency development of a better awareness of diving operations for those who are not directly involved in the diving industry.
Three days (From 0900hrs to 1700hrs)
Those who have a little or no knowledge of diving operations but are indirectly involved with diving operations in some aspect, who will benefit from an increased awareness, such as project managers, operations managers, human resource personnel, engineers, technicians, sub-sea engineers.
Note: The course is delivered in English and involves practical hands-on experience with diving equipment and chambers. For personnel who have suitable medical, a ‘chamber dive’ may be conducted to experience pressurisation and a working dive in our dive tank completing a small subsea task.
